puna33 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policy published on the puna33 platform:

• "puna33" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://puna33.org and all associated services, products, and digital properties.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a puna33 account and uses any feature or service of the platform.
• "Account" means the registered member profile, including associated wallet balance, betting history, bonus credits, and personal information held by puna33.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a member and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an account subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the total aggregate wager amount that must be completed before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be converted into a withdrawable real money balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to puna33's identity verification process, which may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or country from which access to puna33 is restricted, blocked, or legally impermissible under applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, directives, statutes, and legal requirements relevant to the operation of the platform and to the member's jurisdiction of residence.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond puna33's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, or acts of war.

Access to and use of the puna33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of puna33 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by puna33 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party. All accounts must be operated exclusively by the registered account holder.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of puna33 or any of its affiliated gaming technology partners.

puna33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming services on puna33, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active puna33 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. puna33 strongly recommends enabling two-step OTP verification, which is available to all members free of charge from within the account security settings.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered details current. If your contact information, bank account, or payment method changes, you must update your profile promptly. puna33 cannot be held responsible for failed payments or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
• Non-transferability: puna33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds within it to another person.

All financial transactions on puna33 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). puna33 does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the puna33 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any bank processing fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the name of the puna33 account holder. puna33 reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• puna33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer fees, for which puna33 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC review if the account has not previously completed identity verification. Withdrawals will be held — but not forfeited — during the verification process.
• puna33 processes all withdrawal requests during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day) may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours.
• Any deposit made in error (wrong amount, wrong account) must be reported to puna33 customer support within 24 hours. puna33 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such errors but cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances.

puna33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to members who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification. Members who are self-excluded or under account review are not eligible for promotional offers during the restricted period.
• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game types, and minimum odds are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, Domino QQ, and Blackjack may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

• Abuse and fraud: puna33 reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings and to suspend any account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — is detected. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests entirely with puna33's compliance team.

The following rules govern all gaming and betting activity conducted on the puna33 platform, across all verticals including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Domino QQ, and Blackjack:

• Sportsbook bets: All sports bets are final once confirmed by the system. puna33 follows standard Asian handicap and mix parlay (accumulator) settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or ruled a no-contest will be voided and stakes returned, except where otherwise stated for specific markets.
• Live in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted in real time subject to market availability. puna33 reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at any time without notice. Any bet confirmed prior to suspension will be honoured at the accepted odds.
• Slots and RNG games: All slot titles on puna33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each title in the game information panel. Slot outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the puna33 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with puna33.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, or any other form of coordinated cheating in card game or poker environments.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of puna33's platform.
• Engaging in systematic bonus arbitrage across multiple accounts or in coordination with other members.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing puna33 staff members through any communication channel.

All content on the puna33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of puna33 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any platform content without express written permission from puna33.
• Creating derivative works based on puna33's content, branding, or interface design.
• Using puna33's name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scraping game data, odds, or user interface elements for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorised use of puna33's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels. Third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles and assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, puna33 hereby disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• Interruptions, downtime, or technical failures of the platform or any third-party services it relies upon (including payment gateways and game provider APIs).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government actions, natural disasters, or cyber-attacks.
• Errors or delays in the transmission of deposit or withdrawal instructions by Indonesian bank partners or e-wallet providers.
• Inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform resulting from third-party data feed errors.

puna33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. puna33 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In all circumstances where puna33's liability cannot be fully excluded, puna33's total aggregate liability to any individual member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Member-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting puna33 customer support. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment account within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been fulfilled and no pending wagering requirements are outstanding.
• puna33-initiated suspension: puna33 may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. Account balances will be held pending investigation.
• puna33-initiated closure: Following investigation, puna33 may permanently close an account found to be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, associated balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Self-exclusion: Members who request self-exclusion through puna33's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the selected exclusion period. Balances will be preserved during the exclusion period. Self-excluded members who attempt to re-register will have the new account immediately closed upon detection.
• Survival of terms: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive the termination of any account and continue to apply indefinitely thereafter.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which puna33 is incorporated and licensed to operate. puna33 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform targeting players in Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian market.

In the event of a dispute between a member and puna33, the following process shall apply:

Members residing in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative developments, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their personal compliance with current applicable Indonesian law. puna33 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

puna33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs such changes:

• Material amendments — those that affect members' rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or account security obligations — will be communicated to all active members via registered email address at least 7 days prior to taking effect.
• Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting updates, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or the addition of new game types to the platform — may be implemented without prior notice and will take effect upon publication.
• The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a substantive revision is published. The version number will also be incremented accordingly.
